A goofy thing I found that worked for me in lucid dreams was saying “hey google” before saying what I want to do.

I had lucid dreams and a bad thing is that once you "spawn" something, you cant "despawn" it, i imagined a monster and i couldnt get rid of it until i got up

For me, my first ever lucid dream (was it really a lucid dream?) was that I got out of bed, remembered to reality check in case it was a false awakening, and I had 6 fingers. Immediately afterwards, it felt like I got pulled back into my body, and I got sleep paralysis. I had a spontaneous one last night! It was amazing because I could do anything. In my dream in jumped very very high and got back down without pain during the impact even though I felt it! I felt very excited because I knew it was a dream so I focused on my sensations and observing my surroundings indeed! I loved it
