The best lucid dreams that I've had were the ones after a long day of playing assassin's creed and then going to bed replaying the story in my head, 10/10 (I had to do lots of running and hiding in the dream, though lol)

I used to get lucid dreams a few times without trying in my younger years, but at some point it just stopped happening. After some years I actually bought a mask that was designed to help you to get into a lucid dream. It had some LEDs which would make certain patterns on a timer you set and you could also record your own voice which you would hear at the same time. It was recommended to record something like "you are dreaming, this is not reality" etc. The idea being that in your dream you would see something related to the red lights and hear your own voice telling you that you are dreaming In the end, together with some reality checks (way too few) I was able to get some lucid dreams again but it happened so few times that I kinda gave up on the idea as the mask wasn't that comfortable to use. Now that you got the idea back into my head I might try it again. It's amazing when it works!

I highly recommend lucid dreaming to everyone. You can have the most beautiful experiences of your life. It feels like real life and you can experience literally everything you want

I remember a night I had a lucid dream where I did for the first time in my life a muscle up. It was so realistic that later that morning I went to the park and I was capable to do my first muscle up also in real life.
There are people who dream the lottery's number. I dream muscle ups..

When I was taking Adderall I was getting sleep paralysis almost every night. Then I learned that sleep paralysis can be a gateway into lucid dreams. When you wake up with sleep paralysis you have to do dream re-entry as you mentioned. After many attempts I was able to have 2 lucid dreams, that were brief and only consisted of my walking around my empty house. But after a while the sleep paralysis was beginning to become a burden because i was always tired. So my doctor switched me to Adderall XR and my sleep paralysis stopped. So if you suffer from sleep paralysis, don't fight it. Let yourself fall back to sleep while maintaining your awareness it works.

Today I had my first ever lucid dream. I have been trying for so many days. I have been doing dream journalling and whatever the other techniques are. today I got it in the most unexpected way. I knew it was a dream and after sometime when I was sure, I decided to do the reality checks and they worked. I was sure that it was a dream. I was so excited. I was not able to change my surroundings or fly in my dream yet. Whenever I tried I jumped, but it felt like I am I was floating. The first thing I decided to do is to look in the mirror because in one of the videos they said not to, so I decided to do it. After that, in my dream I was not able to see any people. I wanted to talk to my subconscious mind, so I just thought of a person and he appeared in front of me. We talked a little, and then due to some sound in real life, I woke up. It was the happiest moment of my life, then suddenly the memory of the dream was starting to vanish so I quickly wrote it down.

By far the most underrated channel on YouTube. Love everything about your videos, their styles, and everything. Don't change when you blow up!

I had a beautiful lucid dream. I could feel there so much more feelings than in normal dreams. It was amazing. I was in a beautiful landscape and do hiking. Then I saw a beautiful view through some trees on a mountain and I just thought: okay, I am dreaming right now. Let me fly through these trees to the mountains. And it worked! I was so happy in that moment. I felt so free. I didnt had more emotions in normal dreams. But a lucid dream happens only once. I wonder that it works because I didnt train it before

A lot of us tried to do this during our childhood. I remember wanting to be conscious in my dreams but as soon as I was aware in my dreams, the dream used to end.

Today I had my first lucid dream without even trying and it was definetly from watching this video a couple of weeks ago. I noticed in the dream that something unreal was happening then proceeded to check reality doing the index finger in the palm thing, and amazingly the finger went through. From then on tried levitating as well and did it, but I was just too excited that I was having a lucid dream and didn't really do much with it hahaha next time I'll be more creative!

There's lucid dreams I had as a child (8-10 years old) that still haunt me. The same weird dream of visiting an airport (its only now that I'm older that I think it was an airport) and meeting people that I am pretty sure I knew. The Airport interior was a weird brown colour, brownish/cream. I didnt catch my first plane until I was 19. Then a few years ago I flew through Abu Dhabi and the airport seemed especially familiar, just like out of my dream. So so strange. I had the weirdest sense of Deja Vue.
