I just had my first lucid dream like an hour ago. I remember hiding from something then saying wait, I’m dreaming! I remembered what I heard in your how to lucid dream video, I said fly! And I flew into a rural city! Then I thought of myself and my bed, and it’s kinda crazy how fast you wake up 😂

I learnt that geting excited when you realize you are lucid dreaming tends to wake you up, so now everytime I realize I'm into a lucid dream, I'm like "oh that's cool, anyway" haha
