The best protein packed vegan breakfast. Plus, it’s very customizable. Chia pudding is super nutritious and delicious make ahead breakfast. It is nutrient-dense, support health and weight loss.
Here I used bananas and chia seeds as major ingredients. Bananas gives a perfect consistency to the pudding and it enhances the sweetness too. Chia seeds are full of antioxidants and high quality vegan protein.

1/2 cup any of your favorite milk, (or more for thinner texture) *I used almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 banana
For strawberry pudding- 1/2 cup strawberries
Blueberry pudding- 1/2 cup blueberries

Optional
2 tsp brown sugar or any of your favorite sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
fresh fruit, nuts and seeds

Note: soak chia seeds in milk for 2-3 hrs or overnight.
