I feel like apple intentionally doesn't add new features like a 120hz display to their phones so that they can use that as a selling point in their future phones. Like what they did with the calculator on the ipad

Apple is playing it dangerous with these upgrades. I got a 15 Pro Max, but if there aren't significant changes when I upgrade in another 3-5 years, I'll finally be considering some other hardware brands. This behavior is more annoying than it is unethical. They have all the money in the world; at least make SOME innovations. A second action button with haptic feedback is not a legendary addition. Adding more cameras isn't gonna sell to general audiences. Make the batteries work and make the software better, and take some actual risks

The iPhone 16 is not to me, considered a flagship phone. the pro models are the flagship phone for Apple.

STOP upgrading every year. Unless your initials are MKB and it’s a business expense, you probably don’t need to upgrade every year.

I’m upgrading but from my iPhone 12 😅 and I do a lot of nail art stuff I’m trying to start a brand and business so I wanted a better camera. I felt like it was time. I feel like most people should just wait a couple years to upgrade cause you will definitely get an upgrade

The 60Hz refresh rate is a way for them to say they have the best battery life.

Because some people need a phone. Yeah, it sucks for tech reviewers who want something extra special for the “base” model. It sucks for people who want to upgrade every year. However, it’s great for people who don’t care or just need a new phone that will last them for years. I still have my iPad mini 2 and it still works fine.

Sooo. Basically just an iPhone 11 but with iPhone 15 features, and 10x more expensive than both. Yeah ok that makes sense….

The fusion camera is just a new better marketing term. Also the everyday consumer doesn’t give 2 shots about a 60hz display. They don’t even know what that is.

What makes not having 120hz even sadder is i use the samsung galaxy a54 which is a 200$ phone and it still has 120hz

Ok but for people NEVER using a Pro or Pro Max won’t know what they are missing.

Will never get a standard numbered phone ever again.
