The officer involved needs to face criminal charges. If a regular citizen entered someone's home and shot the person that lived there and then said 'whoops I thought this was my home' that wouldn't fly.

ya gotta love how they say " after working a FULL shift" I work a "FULL SHIFT " every day. but I have NEVER killed anyone because of it.
