All eyes on ECTS

The European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) has been adopted by countries across the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).

In Luxembourg, PhD students must complete courses totalling 20 ECTS during the PhD programme. 1 ECTS point equals more or less 25 hours workload.
