Using a GPS tracker under $30 and no monthly fees!! #GPS

UPDATE!!! I admit when I'm wrong and this is one of those times. I did exactly like the author said and it works Make sure you have the app open and ready to sign in after activating/temporarily singing up with a subscription the gps on your lap top. Then I went to my phone app and cancelled the subscription.. I can still see my gps! and I dont have a monthly subscription. Excellent!!

You can’t do this anymore with the system. They patched it when you try to do this. Your GPS tracker will only work for 12 hours and then it’ll actually brick itself.

How long will it update the location then with out paying for it ?

For clarification, during activating, and choose a plan, you need to enter your Credit Card info. If thats the case, you then go through the steps in this video to cancel subscription.
Is this correct? There doesn't seem to be a way to activate the device without entering the plan and entering your credit card info.

Does this actually work? You can still use the tracker and its triangulating exact quardnance? And without them catching on since you've started using this?

Just use a cheap old mobile phone left in your glovebox, no subscription and you have a spare phone, minimal battery drain via usb, and no contract via a monthly £4 SIM 😎

Use a burner prepaid debit gift card to activate the subscription.

Never use your checking account debit card on sketchy things
