My car was stolen in 6 minutes flat but there's something VERY shady about the whole ordeal. Broad daylight, red, parked in the first/front handicap spot and handicap plates, and there were much nicer and newer cars to take. My rims weren't taken! My front panel was back in perfect alignment and a brand new screw and washer matching the ones that hold the panel on was in my tire. There aren't any missing screws from the panel either, They are all there. Also my cell phones bluetooth keeps coming on by itself along with a number of other hacked like behaviors. I'm a single mom but I'm strapped at all times. What should I do? Any advice is appreciated.
I'm not gonna come right out and say it so please read between the lines on this next comment. I feel it WASN'T just some random car thief. The police were NOT cooperative and they were even called by the owner of the parking lot where it was "abandoned" just 2 days after it was stolen but instead of getting it or calling me they asked him if he had a sign posted stating no unauthorized parking. Just one reason it took 10 days to get it back. Then I was flat out lied to by both the police and tow yard about when it was found. And when I did get it it was ransacked even the ashtray had been thrown and there were cigarette butts everywhere. I feel a thief would've just looked in the ash tray and not thrown cigarette butts and ashes everywhere just to put the ash tray back where it was. Would a cocky cop be a dick and throw it everywhere? YEAH and quite frankly I feel they're the only ones who would. Especially if they weren't finding anything they thought they might find.

So how does XM radio and OnStar legitimize having trackers on your car. They never notify you that they are tracking your vehicle and I've never had a bank loan. I've owned all my cars straight out, but best believe any car with built in OnStar or XM radio is full time tracking your car and selling your data for money.
