Woman: "I do exactly the same job as a man but he is paid more than me. It's so unfair!"
Man: "How many hours do you work?"
Woman: "24 hours a week."
Man: "How many hours does the man work?"
Woman: "48 hours a week."
Man: "And you still can't figure out why this man is earning more than you?"
Woman: "I think it's the patriarchy."

Pay should be based on education, experience, and skills a person brings to the job. Period.

Women want the same pay but don't want to work the same hours. Men on average work longer hours than women.

Why are they constantly talking over each other

The problem is that many feminists cite the gender pay gap as proof of systemic discrimination, while glossing over factors like working hours, job type, and career choices.
A fair analysis includes these variables- and when it does, most of the gap shrinks or disappears. So when someone trots out raw annual averages without context, it’s not just misleading-it’s manipulation.

All this talk does not present the statistics that support the opinions of either side. As a data analyst i look at the figs and come to a conclusion. These ppl seem bent on twisting the facts.

A multivariate analysis of all the factors that determine salary shows that gender is not a significant factor in salary.

How these feminists on the panel deflects is outstanding.
In my place of work, they have capped overtimes because women don't want to do overtimes and the firm is scared that they will be accused of paying women less. Now, we have to delay some of the jobs and some clients are taking their work away from us.
Ironically, the female heads want to work with men not women.
The discussion was on gender pay gap but the feminist roped in black women, disabled, and so on because she couldn't just answer the question on the table.

Everyone being paid the same, regardless of skill, output, merit or generation of profit is straight up Socialism, maybe even Communist.

It's literally illegal to discriminate and lower your pay based on gender 🙄

they don't account for males working longer and more dangerous higher paid jobs, or the feminist would be out of a job and have no way to complain about it, someone who is a journalist and goes into a warzone should be paid more than one that doesn't there is such a thing as " DANGER PAY" and most women some do but most women wont put themselves in dangerous situations so people who do dangerous jobs get paid more its that simple
