Three gender pay gap myths explained

Gender pay gap figures released today reveal widespread inequality across British businesses as every industry continues to pay men more on average than women. In this video Guardian journalist Leah Green busts some of the common myths surrounding the gender pay gap

According to what she just said the pay gap is NEGLIGIBLE for everyone born after 1980. Even including all those mothers who had kids before 40.
Mothers can transfer leave to Fathers, even in the UK. There is literally nothing stopping you from choosing a career over childcare as long as you find a husband who is ok taking leave. You want to change culture? Start with you. No one cares enough to get in your way.
Or, you can be pathetic and keep plastering the biggest wage gap numbers you can find across every news headline they let you, even though you have just explained exactly why that number is a lie.
