One of my favorite dessert from a Japanese restaurant is Honey Toast. My friend gave me an idea to make homemade honey toast and it was brilliant! Honey Toast also known as Shibuya Toast and Brick Toast is a Japanese dessert using shokupan bread (japanese milk bread). Ever since I started making this delicious Japanese dessert last month, it’s been a dessert request almost every week! With honey toast, you can pretty much have all sorts of toppings from fruits, nuts, ice cream, and whatever your taste buds desire.

HONEY TOAST INGREDIENTS:
• Shokupan bread (bread from Brug Bakery but you can make your own)
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 4 tbsp butter, melted
• 3 tbsp honey
• Toppings - fruits, nuts, ice cream, anything and everything you want to add!
