ArtResin 101: Step 3 - Mix

Welcome to our new series, ArtResin 101 - the ultimate guide on how to use clear ArtResin Epoxy Resin!

Are you ready to mix things up?!
It's time for step 3 - properly mixing your ArtResin!

STIR:
Stir your equally measured amounts of resin and hardener together thoroughly, for at least 3 full minutes.

TIP - Scrape along the sides and bottom of your container as you stir to ensure the entire mixture catalyzes and that there is no remaining unmixed resin or hardener that might prevent a proper cure.

If you see bubbles forming during this step, don't worry ... we will address these in Step 5!

Now, you're ready for Step 4 - Pouring Your ArtResin!

I bought the same resin that is being used here, I may have purchased the wrong one, can I use this resin for pouring into coaster or light switch molds/ Semi deep pours?

Can I mix with a popsicle stick? Or a low wooden thin stick I use for UV resin?

Can I use an electric little mini mixer if I ensure I get the sides and bottom mixed as well ? I have bad cramping I my hands and stirring really hurts ( I know I sound like a wuss lol but I have MS and odd things like that are really difficult for me )

Can anyone tell me how exactly you get rid of the millions of micro bubbles? Ive done absolutely everything the correct way and still. Loaded with them. Looks great straight on but as soon as you get light through it you see tons of em. Is this normal? Am i expecting too much? Lol ive seen pieces that are flawless and followed their steps as well
