Just subscribed to this channel and wanted to say I appreciate what you do. Currently diving into this series but am generally looking to get back into pc gaming which has been prohibitive due to wrist issues from working as a software engineer. My kinesis and ball mouse (among other things like posture, desk height, stretching) have made it possible for me to work without pain, but i know if I don’t plan for gaming I’ll flare something up.

Will you talk about desk height? If i set optimal desk height for my height of course it is comfortable but its really hard to play with it and my wrist isn't in neutral position anymore.

Just wanted to come and say that these caused me more pain. I would not recommend following these videos.

I had a little bit of soreness in my back and a lot of muscles, tendons, and ligaments that were short. I thought I'd try this after the wrist warrior routine, but after doing both for a week my pain has gotten a million times worse. I used to be able to game for hours and hours with minimal pain, but now I can barely game for two hours without severe pain. The only benefit was my aim. My aim got a lot better, but I can accomplish that by putting all of my weight on my keyboard hand so my mouse hand can move freely. I have followed everything to the best of my ability, but it just made things worse. My left wrist keeps popping out of place and it hurts a lot. Kinda sad :( I really don't want to be in any pain when I use my computer, but I guess I'll just suffer with the little bit I had before. The one thing that has helped a bit is taking a brief break every 30 minutes (1-2 minutes). This adds up to about 20-30 minutes by the end of the day for me and those breaks help. I use my computer about 16 hours a day (work and fun) and was really hoping I could solve my pain as it's absolutely destroying me mentally. Unfortunately, no doctors have been able to help including this person. I appreciate you trying tho Mr. 1HP 👍
