There's no way that a letter written by Erik to a cousin allegedly 6 months before the murd*rs, and a guy from the band manudo coming forward, 40yrs later saying he was molested by the Dad, is going to throw out the entire 2nd trial. That being said, the rules that changed for the 2nd trial seem horrible, and down right illegal. That should not be allowed, ever.
