Menendez Brothers: What’s Next After D.A.’s Resentencing Recommendation

Legal analyst Tre Lovell and journalist Robert Rand chat with ET’s Kevin Frazier about Erik and Lyle Menendez’s possible fate if a judge approves their resentencing for the killing of their parents in 1989. Lovell says that the brothers ‘still have a long way to go’ on their journey to freedom.

I find it weird that the prosecution found no one who agreed to testify that their father was a nice person, other than his secretary. None of the family members agreed to testify Jose was a good person. Yet, they were comfortable to dismiss the brothers' claim that they were worried about their own lives.
