A very lucrative BUSINESS (insurance companies) that pays % of its revenue to top Lawyers to make the contract very complicated for regular folks to understand so when the time comes that the "Insured" asks for payout, it will be close to impossible. They hire and train SALES People / Insurance Agents and give them a fancy title like "FINANCIAL Advisor", they then wrap their product into something very marketable called "Life Insurance" and sell it to the Financially Unaware or Financially Illiterate (myself included)." There's another good alternative on Life insurance, VUL, whole life insurance which is PERA Account (PERA Account tax-free if you reach 55 years old even you want to withdraw on age 55 or above). In PERA Account, you can choose and combine Bond funds, stocks, mutual fund, insurances, annuities, money market, UITF, equities and Govt investment). Thank you very much

Be Financial Literate first before Investing. Don't be emotional and Get rid being convince on agent's emotional selling before it is too late. It is really nice to invest but be careful and understand first the Financial instruments' (stocks, FMETF, Bonds, SPVUL) purpose before Investing. Thank you very very much

As soon as you get a job, it’s best to get a life insurance even if you’re not a breadwinner 😊 I did that though the life insurance I got was what was just recommended to me by my officemate 😆 Wish I researched first the best life insurance.
