Stare at yourself naked for 5 minutes everyday.
This might sound very strange but if you constantly look at your body you will be able to stand your body better and will see what you like in your body ❤❤❤

I too have personally faced these problems where I doubted my self worth and unnecessarily blame myself for being stupid not realising that its all okay and everything will make sense some day or the other. No one is perfect and if everyone was perfect life would just be so boring, imperfection is beautiful and self love is the most important. No one will love you if you don't love yourself first🙂🙂

My thing is I want to be confident but with boundaries and sometimes honesty. I do want to talk to people, and be able connect with others. But I'm still an introvert and need to recharge. And that's really hard to change. So if I get drained I won't pretend to be social rather I'd be honest. Tbh being honest about your needs is something I find admirable in others.

I always try to avoid negative people who talk shit about pthers but sometimes they're family members that I really love but I can't stand when they talk bad about others ... and they're not open to having a discussion about why it's bad so usually I brush it off with a laugh and say like " Oh well they're living the life they want for themselves " when they start gossibing but I feel uncomfortable and guilty just staying in that conversation
