Upgrading My Old PC

Just a little upgrade for my old work horse computer, be building a new one soon, so want to cleaning this one up and maybe sell it at some point. We be changing the CPU Cooler with the Reven Justice and Replacing the fans with RGB Ring Fan's. Maybe drop in a GTX 1070ti.

Thanks for the upload. Letting the fans spin up from the blower was hard to watch. The coils in the motor create electricity and can screw with the motherboard that isn't grounded. Also, that puts unneeded stress on the bearings. I believe air cooling is better than water cooling on the basis it can't leak all over your computer. The 5 degree difference in cooling performance is within margin of error. It's ultimately up to the room temp how cool your computer can get. Adding more fans for positive air pressure can help bring down the temps quicker and helps cool components like the motherboard south bridge, wifi card, or hard drive, that don't always get direct airflow.
