It’s not mixing just ANY red or any blue, they’re specific colours. In order to get the neutrals, pay attention to the colours she’s using.

This is gold. Thank you so much!

Dianne, you are the Shelby Foote of art!!! I can't tell you how wonderful it is to receive art education with a smooth southern drawl while living in Vermont. You are an inspiration in such difficult times. Thank you.

You are an amazing teacher Dianne! Your way of explaining things is so clear and thorough that I've learned more in the last week of watching your videos than I have in the last year of watching other tutorials. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Thank you. In all my art painting classes, no one taught color wheel and demonstration of how to use it. I thank you so much. Now I’ll practice and am seeing the light. 🤓

It ended up looking like a warm tropical forest and made me want to do this color studies again. I did the ones suggested by Richard Schmid a couple of years ago and they've helped me a lot, but I got so tired that they stopped being fun at the end. Now I think I'm in the mood again, specially because yours doesn't involve making endless squares, hahahaha. Thank you again Dianne, I love your videos. Still the best teacher I know.
