Here is another set of back exercises that complements Part 1. It will help in strengthening your back and relieving lower back pain. It can be either combined or alternated with Part 1.

This exercises in this series are designed for anyone seeking functional strength and mobility lost with age. They are also great for people with Myositis and similar neuromuscular disorders.

The exercise series is offered by Claudia, an experienced yoga and strength instructor and Satish, who lives with a myositis condition (Inclusion Body Myositis or IBM). Claudia has helped Satish with yoga and strength training for over 10 years.

Choose a few upper body and lower body movements each day to get a healthy whole-body workout for the week.
