Ran a 407 SW for a few months about a year ago. Even though I'd consider it a model created around Peugeot's less than stellar period, it was actually a really nice, enjoyable and surprisingly reliable experience. I really want a 508 SW next

Need a new RCZ. I'd have to save like mad, but I'd buy one. Very cool little car, and a hoot to drive.

Rented a 208 in Portugal and was shocked by how nice the car and the interior was.

Very interesting video, I didn't know Peugeot had such a strong legacy! I'm in love with those concept cars! Would be awesome if you could do a deep dive into Toyota, would be interesting to see how and why they wanted to distance themselves from their street racing legacy.

I had a brand new 1997 Peugeot 3 litre 406 Coupe. One of the first in the UK. It got a lot of looks.

Shocked the 208gti doesn't get mentioned in more of the hothatch focused videos. Brilliant cars - has to be the facelift 208 thp engine.

i love my ‘06 307 2.0 HDi XSi, quick, reliable and great to drive even if she’s from what most people consider peugeots ‘bad’ era

I own a Peugeot RCZ R only 305 sold in the UK. It was featured on Fifth Gear and one of 6 registered in 2013. I think it's a brilliant car.

Sister had a new 1987 205XLD. She did over 300, 000 miles in it and in the end gave it to the mechanic that looked after it.

Have a Peugeot 107 allure myself. Think it's the best looking from the Aygo and C1 trio. Toyota engine too so reliability is there 😁

Whoop whoop. Love a good Pug. Sadly there doesn't seem to be much chance of many future GTi/PSE models, rumours aren't positive about getting a hot 308 and what I can find about a 208 PSE is that it will basically just be a trim line for the e-208. Hopefully they see what Hyundai and Toyota are doing though, with the various N and GR models, then maybe we could get another fast Peugeot.

Seeing alot of newer 2012-2019 Peugeots with rotten cats, adblue injector faults, dpf faults, build quality issues currently... Don't get me wrong some of their designs are absolutely awesome, the newer 308 GTI and 508 are stunning but they're quality and fun drivability is somewhat nonexistent personally (from a workshop pov.) I think Peugeot lost it after the 206 as you mentioned and the 306 GTI 6, one of the last "great Peugeots." Awesome vid, definitely keep up the good work, would love to see more of these in future!

Peugeot in my opinion made the best diesel engines in the world. Their HDI range powering many business vehicles I had owned over the years. An 807 with good maintenance easily cleared 250k. The negative was the dealer network. Sort that and I would be as enthusiastic as you JB.

Thanks JB, another great vid. You probably know this but the lights going either side of the grille represent the canine teeth of the lion. They could go another step further & have a singe exhaust in the rear bumper! I like pugs & used to have a 405. It was really easy to work on, no computers, nothing. All the

The 406 coupe had a nice v6 engine in it and looked great, but other than that I've always seen Peugeot as one of those brands where you'd only buy one of their cars if you didn't care about what you drove. The 205 GTI and 306 turbo diesel excepted.

Brilliant video I think you should do a video on Hyundai as the best decade they too have had a massive change in branding and they too are on there way imo to a very successful era. They started changing things in 2014 and in 7 years they won 4 world championships across wrc and tcr there new N division is getting more and more popular and having owning an N car myself can say it truely is an immense weapon considering there new to this segment my god have they got it right 👌🏻
