I bought a set of Terra Grappler G2s 5 years ago for my daily driver and for off roading and they are still going strong. I got the 35x12.5 R17s and they are really nice on road and pretty tough on desert trails.

Ive had the Trail Grappler on my old Tahoe....LOVED THEM...road noise was not all that bad...the BFG and M.T. were alot louder!!! Now i have the G2 on my Yukon Denali and they are Ok...wet/slushie gounds not so good. Next set is either the Ridge or going back to Ol Reliable Trail Grapplers...its a newer body style so curious to see how the Trails look on it

The Terra Grappler G2 also has dual sidewalls. The opposite shown in the video looks much better IMO.

"the Ridge Grappler is in-between a Mud Terrain and an All-Terrain"

there you go.

I have the trail grapplers on my scx rubicon, these are the best all-around all-terrain tires I have ever owned. they are a bit noisy on the road however 99% of my driving is off road.

How can you say that Trail Grappler is pretty quite? Its LOUD! start from 20mph its making noize, I have TLC200 and its very noize!
Its +2 littles of disel on 100km. Its very heave.

But its good for offroad.

Nitto is one of the few, if not only company that offers a P rated 275/65 R20 (Terra Grappler G2). It's also offered in an E rated, but given the fact my only off roading is driving on the beach for surf fishing, I'll take the P rated. I ran E rated tires on my 08 Expedition because that was the only rating available in the size I wanted, and the hit on gas mileage was immediately noticeable to say the least. I want to run 34 inch tires on my leveled 2020 F150, and those P rated Terra Grapplers are looking like the go-to tire for me. They look like quality tires that can easily handle the Southeast Pennsylvania climate I live in.

I've read so many bad reviews about the Terra Grappler being awful on wet pavement. I like the Ridge Grapplers but don't know how good they are for on road use? I do 80% highway 20% off road. Another tire that comes to mind is the Copper AT3 S4

I have the G2's on a 2012 GC Overland. They ride rough to me. Very rough all bouncy if I hit a bump or potholes on the highways.

Neal, which ones are better about not throwing stones between the Ridge and the Trails?

I have a 2019 Toyota Limited CrewMax 4x4 Are the ridge grapplers better on ice and snow on pavement (Winter time) than Toyo Open Country 2 or perhaps the Cooper ATS 44S? I do mostly highway driving, other stuff
on the weekends.

Very helpful. Thank you. Please comment on the difference in road noise between the Terra and Ridge when driving on the highway. Also, how often should these two models be rotated? Do they both come with a mileage warranty?

I need a good snow tire to plow with and still have enough tread to not get stuck in wet grass. Something between 34.5-36” but under 12” wide. Obviously if I was a millionaire I’d run two sets but unfortunately that’s not the case. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are these all the same size? Because the ridge looked way skinnier than the others? Thanks 🙏
