Good year wrangler duratracs have to be one of the best mud snow and dry payment tire. Had than on my frontier I put over 60k on the tires now I have them on my f150 and still love them . All the highway patrol run them in the snow just can’t beat them

Been running 35" KO 2's for years on my lifted Ram 3500 trucks. Best overall tire for highway driving, off road and nasty weather.

Called it on the Nitto being #1. I agree with everything y'all had to say!!

So happy y'all mentioned the KO2. For us midsize guys, it's the best go to tire.

Used to like KO2s but ive never seen one last past 40k miles on a full sized truck. Toyo AT3s are what im running now and have zero complaints so far

I have a set of 35” KO 2s on my 14 Sierra. My grandfather wanted the same for his 13 F-150. And my 15 Suburban has 33” Ridge Grapplers

I have Nitro Ridge Grapplers on my F-150 & love them! They perform to whatever I put them through.

Ko2's are the best selection out of all these tires because they last about twice as long as they are not only off road tires but they are designed for asphalt as well. take it from me been running them on all my vehicles sense i was 16

Live in Colorado visiting my son. I was talked into a bad alignment. Front tires were eaten up on the inside by the time I arrive in Knoxville.
Thank you O

Any house I still had to drive down to Florida and Louisiana (the to locals with the hurricane recovery).
YES, STILL A THING.

I had checked around because I had limited funds and saw some videos on the Evolution Mud Claw, Extreme MT
(265/75R 16 is what I have mounted on my stock 2001 Ford F350SD dually).

After getting a proper front end alignment from Christian Brothers in Knoxville Tn. I replaced the front two extremely warm tires. I have driven from Knoxville to Houma Louisiana back to Colorado Springs and then back to Okeechobee, Florida and return to Houma Louisiana. Over 4000 miles on these tires. They barely look worn at all and they drive great.
When I have money, I’ll definitely put the rear four in.
GREAT TIRES.
Anyhow, I figured I’d share this info with you guys.

Big shout out to Christian brothers in Knoxville Tennessee for that alignment.

I'm a mechanic at a very small shop, and our tire suppliers have had issues with most over size (larger than stock sizes) all terrain or mud tires. The only exception? KO2s were always in stock. Proven performance, and actually available! The biggest complaint I hear about ko2s is that they're too common and they aren't the coolest latest and greatest tire. However they work, they're quiet for how capable they are, and they seem to wear evenly, given proper rotation and alignment

Live my nitro ridge grappler tires. Look amazing, great quality and quiet on the road.

35x12.5x18 kenda Kevlar on a duramax weighing in at 7700. Roads are extremely curvy. 40k on them now minimal deformation of tread, have some tears from rocks off road, dig to china, hardly any noise (for mud tire) have gotten louder with age, never one flat, above avg trailer and highway control!. Got them and installed for 1400

I have Venom Power Terra Hunter XT great tire on any terrain mud rain sand snow they are great. Only downfall is the noise it’s a little loud. But for the price well worth it. I got 33 12.5 20 for $850 delivered to my house and $120 for mount and balance. My tire guy couldn’t get anything for less then $1500. They balanced fine drove them for 26000 miles and still have more then half tread and wore evenly. I never had a tire wear this evenly before. I would recommend if you don’t mind a little noise.

Yokohama geolander mt g003 is one of the nicest mud tires. Super smooth, very quiet. And good off road

I run Nitto Ridge Grapplers on my 2024 cummins, and I run Duratracs on my 2021 Rebel. Both are absolutely phenomenal tires. Over the years I've had a set of grapplers get iffy on the overall mileage... but still ride super nice so I stick to them. A friend talked me into trying 33's 12.5" wide kenda klever's on the Wife's 2020 Ram, ABSOLUTE garbage.. The worst $1, 200 I've spent, everrr.. I Know it's personal opinion, but on large/wide wheel setups the Ridge Grapplers are fantastic. On standard wheel sizes with winter travels/mud and even summer pavement travels, the Duratracs are absolutely incredible. You'll never go wrong with a set of Duratracs.

*My Ridge Grapplers:* 1 year after a few Trailer tows over the San Diego Mountains w/Snow down thru the Deserts n back, live in Oregon now
(Mud, Snow, Rain nonstop)...
-Absolute PERFECTION on the
Road..!
-Good in Snow
-But 100% USELESS in Mud..!
(GETTING MUDDERS NEXT TIME..being in Oregon now)
Tread life 1½ yrs later still 80%
A-side too much sidewall tread, B-side looks best..!
