Im having a lump under my nipple right now thats why I searched this for information it's pretty worrying

Update: The one on my right disappeared and now got a new one under my left (After like 8 months)

Update 2022: As I got older both of them are gone, I think it's from growing up. You all are probably alright

I have puffy soar nipples and I don’t know if it’s cause of the really tight shirts I’ve been wearing?? Or the fact I’m going through puberty. They use to hurt when I wore the tight shirts but I don’t wear tight shirts so they don’t hurt really unless I poke them really hard. They kinda feel like little disc under the nipples skin and the feel a little bit attached but at the same time they don’t. Well I’m gonna have to wait until after the pandemic to go to a doctors office due to the Covid-19.
