7 weeks fasting from 24 hours to 36 to 42 hours. Mixing it up all week. Lost about 16 lbs. and A1c went from 6.1 pre diabetic to 5.2 normal. FastingGlucose from 109 to 69. And fatty liver gone.

I’m 40 and I have been having blood sugar issues and brain fog for 2 decades. Started following Dr. Mindy a month ago now, started fasting the next day, and my brain is actually working. And I’m eating foods that balance my blood sugars, it actually works, I thought I was doomed. I’m opening a yoga studio currently (hot yoga heated with infrared panels on the ceiling, so happy you mentioned saunas in today’s video!), and I am able to have such a clearer head when going into meetings etc. I’m so thankful to her and to God! 🙏🏻🙌🏻

For some reason I thought we were doing a 3 day fast. I am at 50h30min and feeling well so I am going to continue on to 72hours. Day 1 I tried a soft dry fast for the very first time. I ran into some difficulty with a caffeine headache but took a nap and that really helped. Today I woke up with no stiffness in my legs and only a little achy in my thumbs but no stiffness. Also I had no brain fog - I feel great! Good luck to you all!❤

Thank you Dr Mindy for all your encouragement! Doing fasting, HIIT exercises, eating fermented veggies, Greek yogurt all homemade with Raw milk and doing Sauna space infrared sauna 5 days a week 25-30 minutes sessions. I heard you mention hyperbaric chamber I will start doing that too! 😘

I do IF all the time, have gone 24 hours, I stay so hungry the whole time that is far as I have gone. Started keto a couple months ago by taking a class by another Dr. am hungry most of the time. I lost the weight I wanted to so good there. I workout weights/cardio 6 days a week. Am doing very little protein as instructed by the class.
I really enjoy your videos and am going to try your plan.

Thank you Dr Mindy, I am full on perimenopausal and I am loving the results of various fasting protocols - all of which I learned from you, plus 10k+ steps per day. I know you encourage exercise in short bursts, but I have been loving my daily early morning long walks where I can zone out, sweat out and feel amazing! My sleep is still a work in progress as I am an extremely light sleeper. I intend to age like a girl!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗

I see that you have made videos on heavy metal detox a few years ago, but lately your videos are all about fasting. Does it mean you no longer do the heavy metal detox, or do you think fasting will remove those toxins too? Thanks Mindy! You are a star!

Considering I don't drink and eat sugar and go to the gym atleast 3 times a week but I just can't get rid of belly fat so trying fasting. This is my 3rd day of 17 hrs fasting and sincerely it has been easier than I thought.
