It doesn't matter where it opens, chicken rice isn't something complicated to cook as long as you got all the exact same ingredients. Thing is, that chicken rice simply can't compete with biryani at all.

Cheapest good Michelin star meal is in the SF Bay Area and it's called Back a yard. Its like 20 or less a plate and one of my favorite restaurants ever and i work as a chef..

I had hawker chan, and the noodles were absolutely amazing.
