This is something I've started doing since being unable to get meds. So far so good I think it's helping.

Really useful to know, thanks! I'm terrible at eating in the morning but smoothies are more manageable than other things, but now I'll make an effort to include protein in them 🙏

I've been doing keto for a couple of years now and it helps tremendously. There are times I go off plan to indulge a little bit in some of the things I used to enjoy and I can really tell the difference in my ability to focus and overall anxiety. It also helps keep my inflammation down. I don't experience the carpal tunnel pain I used to have anymore

Okay, fine. But how do we get this into this picky vegan AuDHDer?
Like a small sweet breakfast. Perfect for example is a roll with vegan butter and strawberry marmelade and an assam tea with sweatener. Can also be a piece of cake and vegan cafe con leche.
Something like this.
Tried overnight oats, but it's too heavy as my first food. Feel full then and unhappy.
