Thanks for the amazing video Jen. On the matter of having above the required qualification I've been consulting with different HR practitioners most of them say stick to the requirements there's no such thing as an added advantage and now am confused.

I've been applying for positions in Transport and Supply Chain for 9 years and still waiting for my first interview.

I've been applying ever since I acquired my qualification in 2019 however just got only 2 selections to the interview but failed, yah it's very demotivating and stressful to apply and not land for an interview. Thank you Jennifer for your videos they are encouraging.
