Employers are not hiring right now. It almost impossible to get a job offer. Instead of hiring they are sending an absolutely stupid tests and questionnaires, simply to waste your time. After that million of interviews and no offer. The best thing right now is to wait when Covid is over. Employers have so many candidates, they are overwhelmed with them. Also, look at the salaries. All salaries are went down now. Employers are taking advantage which is very frustrating for a people who need a job!
