Next, under Settings, General go to Background App Refresh and ensure that Wifi and Cellular Data is on. Last, go to Settings, General, Reset and reset the network settings.

Me too, (Iphone 11) my sounds work on everything but not on WhatsApp when somebody calls. If I have the App open, it works but when not, it’s silent and I miss calls, also notification for incoming text.
