How to calculate riser and Tread Standard Dimensions for Stair components:

Tread : 25 cm to 30 cm
Riser : 15 cm to 19 cm
Width of stair : 85 cm

Nos. of riser : floor height / riser size

Nos. of Tread = Nos. of riser - 1

Size of thread = length of Stair/ nos. of tread

Riser 18no's is wrong. It should want to take nearest value when we calculate
