Mai uthkar sabse pehle gratitude pay karti hu ek aur din subah uthne ke liye, phir fresh hokar apne terrace pe jakar yoga aur meditation karti hu, phir apna din start karti hu 😊
Mera ye routine aapki wajah se hi ban paya hai. Thankyou 🤗

My morning routine:-
Wake up at 6AM.
Brush teeth, iron clothes for the day, wash up.
Eat light breakfast.
Polish shoes.
Fill my water bottle.
Off to school.
Weekend Morning routine:-
Wake up between 8 to 10 (Depends on mood).
Brush teeth, wash up.
Workout, stretch exercises.
Eat breakfast.
20 minute Social media break.
Studying.
Eat lunch.
Rest.
Workout.
Homework. Note reference. Reading.
Social media break.
Go out and play badminton for a while.
Rest (15 minutes).
Eat dinner.
Watch TV for 45 to 60 minutes.
Stretch before bed.
Go to bed.

- Hope this helps, it's hard to be productive, but trust me, once you start doing this, you'll be on for academic, all rounder life perfection.

Jab life m har taraf m pareeshani, dard aur takkeef ho tab kisi ko patah chaley. Yh sab morning walk and talk unko acha lagta hai jinki life aram se guzar rahe ho aur har taraf taklaref na ho.
Pir kawwo ko baganey ke leye insaan morning yoga, 4 am walking and uthna aur coffee morning hoti hai, lolzz. Wish u guys have a good luck to anyone who has a littlr bit peacefull life.

As soon as I wake up, I read out 8 mantras to myself and do the prayers with gratitude for the beautiful start of the day.

my morning routine be wakeup at 6:30 and off to office at 7 😃😃😃😃😃

I wake up at 4.30, freshen up.. drink water and .. same as you, i first stand in balcony... And feel grateful for everything in life.. that cool thin air and birds chirping feels so peaceful and calming.. then i do surya namaskar and breathing excercises and slowly slip into meditation... Pata hi nahi chalta meditation me time kaise chala jata hai... Aankhe khulte hi 5.40 to 6 ho jata hai... Then rest of the work..

5 baje uthne k liye 9pm Sona padega to get 8 hrs of good sleep. Jab aadmi 7-8 baje office se aayega to Kahan ye sab possible hai.. can be done by self employed people
