Grocery shopping on a plant-based diet is so much easier and more affordable than people are led to believe. In this video, I share my entire whole foods plant-based vegan bounty with my audience. Most of these items are also SOS-free, excluding the Ezekiel bread, and organic jam that my daughter enjoys.

After shopping at my local Woodman's grocery market, I displayed all the items I purchased out on my kitchen table for everyone to see. This is a realistic grocery haul for my family during this time of year. We try to buy organic and in-season items as much as possible, but we certainly are not perfect 100% of the time. We all have to make compromises in the grocery market. I just try to make them intelligently with as much knowledge about my decisions as possible. Even though I eat fully SOS-free, my family members do consume small amounts here and there.
