It's very interesting how smaller channels focus on the ethical issues when accepting sponsorships and the bigger channels don't think twice before accepting money and script, if it was the other way around it'd probably be less problematic lol Keep doing what you're doing, unbiased reviews are rare on YT!!!

Every video shows your love and passion for tech. I even follow your github and honestly can't get enough of what you put out. Found you while researching the Framework laptop. If I may, I have a DIY suggestion. Today's vehicles are ridiculously expensive due to all the tech in them, and the manufacturers are really taking cues from game companies and charging to use extra features already built into the vehicle (analogous to on-disc DLC). Older vehicles are still out there and reliable. Maybe do a project where you upgrade older vehicles with some tech to keep them feeling fresh? Doesn't have to include a Framework board, but could 🤣

Hi CJ, I thought you were just another tech reviewer. However, I would love to view your journey now. I agree that DIY is a GREAT direction. I like to watch Matt (DIY Perks), Maker Muse, Woby Design, Awesome Restoration, Brian Oltrogge, Sanago and much more alike. They are MAKING and TEACHING at the same time. Lately I've been seeing exactly what you're describing with many of my favorite YouTubers, a new product releases and there are reviews for it everywhere. Your channel has been refreshing and I'm interested in seeing where it goes from here.

Sounds like a good plan. The problem with PC AND Mac content is that it is all pretty much the same. The new gen is a little faster and a little better each time ( or not), but that's it. Framework is the only thing interesting that has happened in PCs in many years. The DIY projects are the most exciting as they do provide something new. With 3D printing and other professional fabrication tools becoming more financially accessible, over the years the DIY sector of the market has really been growing.
