I got denied because the courts didn't uphold their end of the deal they made. They told me if I did x, y, z over 3yrs my charges would be reduced to a misdemeanor. Well I found out that was bullshit years later when I went to buy one. Now I'm expected to pay thousands to get done what was agreed upon in the first place. Gotta love the injustice system

Here in Florida the concealed carry permit only lets you skip the (unconstitutional) mandatory 5-day waiting period. Still gotta do the (unconstitutional) background check.

I got a delay once and then it denied me….Never been in any kind of trouble. Took me almost a year to get it straightened out. It was because someone had the same name as me but they was a felon. I don’t see how it would matter because I have a different ssn. Anyways I don’t have to have a conceal carry in my state to carry concealed but I went and got one anyways so it wouldn’t happen again.
