I'm a professional writer and am often impressed with how much writing Pea does for her videos. She's a gifted writer and puts a great deal of work into it.

Thanks! You're a wonderful person and you deserve to be happy. I'm happily married to a wonderful Thai women now for 14 years and have no intentions of visiting the Phillipines or dating a Philapina. But now that I'm retired I find that sharing what I have with deserving others is the least I can do with the blessings God has bestowed upon me. I grew up poor as well but "making it" in the US is easier than most other countries. Keep up the good work and stay strong. I know you will.

I'm married and I love my wife very very much. But I always thought you'd make an AMAZING wife. You are smart, funny, beautiful, you have your head on straight, and you know so much American culture. Remember, you have over 300k subscribers for a reason, and it's not JUST your beauty, but your brilliance and humor. You are AWESOME and I am sure there are over 300, 000 people that agree with me. We all love you very much!!!

I am a podiatric physician and surgeon here in the Midwest of the United States. I am 66 and already happily mated, and I view your channel with my sons to teach them that they have options that give them both hope and opportunity to have a loving wife, to have a strong and lifelong marriage, and to build together with their wives strong, healthy, happy, well-adjusted, and successful families.

You are more than good enough. I am not simping in saying this, as I have no agenda. It is my observations of you that you are intelligent, articulate, rational and reasonable, well-educated, respectful, and possessed of a grace and inner as well as an outer physical beauty and peacefulness almost entirely lacking in modern western women.

Through your work, you introduce western men, including my sons, to many other women there in the Philippines who are possessed of similar traits, inner beauty as well as physical beauty, and grace.

Thank you for your work, and for opening up to all of us. Never doubt that you are enough. You are a beautiful gem.

Pea you are exactly the type of kind, caring and resilient lady that every man wants to spend their life with. Your personality is more than enough for anyone and rest assured you do not lack in beauty.

This is probably the most important video you have made. If you give one girl hope overcoming a hopeless situation it becomes a public service. Bless you Angel Pea.

Retired expat psychiatrist living in the Philippines. Wow! What a video. You made me put back my psychoanalytic hat on… Didn’t think I’d be doing that here in the Philippines, but basically when we don’t learn good model behavior from our father and mother there are gaps in our personality as we grow up. It’s a fancy term called object relations theory and object constancy. What it means is we have a hard time having a strong positive sense of self as kids. Because we didn’t see it or experience it growing up. So we get our sense of self from external things like accomplishment and praise. And when people we trust or love criticize us we take it very personally. It’s hard to differentiate criticism of our actions from criticism of our character. And positive sense of self comes from external things like good grades in school or on a test or performance reviews at work or affection or affirmation from our partners.. it’s fleeting and not internally stable. But with enough life experiences particularly positive ones, that internal sense of self becomes stronger and we learn that it’s ok to be “good enough “ and we don’t need to please others or be perfect to be happy. Looks like you’re in the process of that “corrective emotional experience “ that “corrects” the ending to your story :) happy to see it..

I am one person who normally don't easily get hooked up on anything from anyone. I somehow have to accept that you have gradually managed to change that in me There is one honest credit I have to give you because of how you present your topics. Not only are you honest in your presentations you are also not taking sides and explore more sides to your topics. It's not easy for people to talk openly about their private life, your upbringing. You are more matured than you realize and your videos have a quality that's unmatched. You become wiser and more broader in your presentations. I just want to thank you for the commitment I see in your work and the delight it brings in not only you but the viewers as well. You will reap good benefits in the long run. Keep this good work up.

Your videos have brought me hope as I navigate a difficult period in my life. You shined a light on an alternative way of living I wouldn't have discovered before stumbling on your channel. The Philippines are the next chapter for me as a remote worker and soon to be digital nomad. The insight you provide is invaluable for those looking to new horizons as I'm sure your other viewers agree. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your content.

Since the first time I saw you on Paul's channel and learned you were about to start your own, I've been a Pea fan. I was born the third child of prosperous tenant farmers who profited from the WWII years, but we lost everything in a flood that was triggered by an earthquake a few days after the planting season began. Our seeded fields, livestock, and equipment were under three feet of water, and we were left penniless. My parents migrated, found factory jobs, and raised five children. Of their five children, two became lawyers, two opened successful businesses, and one was a casualty of substance abuse. I appreciate everything you do. I feel you

What an amazing story. You are truly an inspiration. I started looking up dating Filipinas when I started dating a Filipino-American, and found your videos. 3 years later, & I'm still very happily in love with my gf, & hope to visit your country one day soon. Thank you for your advice, your vulnerability, your opinions, and for just being the wonderful person you are. I wish you continued success & all the blessings you deserve.
