How to enable TPM 2.0 in MSI Motherboards (Intel/Ryzen) in Windows 10 :
Note : First enable fTPM in BIOS, save and restart it and then turn on secure boot.
BIOS Version : A.80
Bios Build Date : 10/22/2020
Working perfectly fine on the above BIOS ver and date on my motherboard.

IF YOU CANT FIND IT: My secure boot option was in the security section of bios settings. Also if your bios looks different make sure to switch to advanced mode by pressing F7 or pressing the bottom near the top right of your screen.

I changed secure boot mode to standard and then it allowed me to enable

my bios is set up on cms after i change to UEFI to enable secure boot the windows don't load i get an ipv4 message I don't get it.

This is very clear. Though still Im running into 2 issues:
1. When I go from CSM to EUFI I lose my boot option to boot from M2_1, which is those new build into motherboard hardisk. So motherboard is unable to find an operating system.

2. I get "there is no GOP (graphics output protocol) notification and bios is put back to csm

Is there a way I can solve this?

Disable the CSM in Setup. Repeat operation after reboot to ensure uefi video (GOP) driver is operational. help

For me I had to save and reboot. Then go back to enabling secure boot after that it worked just a heads up for anyone that is trying this as well
