I have an issue going on that you might be able to help me with. When I change my boot to UEFI from CSM. I can boot into windows just fine but can't get into the bios or advanced startup screen. I use display port and my bios is up to date.

I have nz z370 motherboard. I have windows 11 updated and it says secure boot enabled but not active. I dont have nearly as many options as you do in my bios menu. My boot is already set to eufi. I need help bad.

MSI Z390 BIOS - Changed settings per instructions ok. Now will not start Windows 10. Keeps going back into bios. Had to revert to original settings. Ideas? Thank you.
