At the far right of your screen you should have 3 little blocks, when you slide or click on it, you’ll have a new panel like the left one, the bottom right one titled security contains the security boot options.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS I UPDATED MY BIOS AND EVERYRHING RESET AND IT WAS HORRIBLE MY restart AND SHUT DOWN TIME WAS LONG. I did this and enabled MSI fast boot now it's like less than 10 seconds
