There are cheaper fixes for some of your problems, you might want to call Eric Brickley the service manager at Ferrari of Seattle: For the steering, the problem is usually just the splines on the steering wheel hub are loose. They can fix it so the fit is tighter and remove the play. They did this for my Scud, . Also, for the exhaust manifold leaks, it is usually just the flange warping against the head. FoS will remove the exhaust manifold, have it flat ground, then replace all the studs and reinstall with a new gasket. So far, they claim they have never had a Scud or 16M come back after this fix...and way cheaper than a new replacement exhaust manifold! ;)

Feedback from my personal Scud:

1. Yes the carbon do also change color on mine
2. Never had the steering wheel problem
3. I bought mine without a radio. No sens in a car that loud and much better for collectible value.
4. Never heard about that exhaust problem
5. You are perhaps indeed to large for that seat ! For me its the ass the problem lol

I was expecting the typical 5 things I hate about my car, but watched it anyway. This by far was the best I’ve seen on you tube. The one thing that I hate about your scud, is the warning sticker on the visor is half on / off. But I have OCD, so it’s probably not a problem to the viewers.

The carbon just needs to be recleared or wet sanded and waxed or w.e that process is.. Pretty sure it's just sun fading. Id have your detailer try and give it some elbow grease.

Love that you DD your scud. Capristo headers with heat blankets would fix your ticking/cracking issue as well as any further discoloring of CF panels. A good body shop should be able to refinish those panels for you easily. The discoloration is in the resin, not the actual CF. While you're replacing the headers, throw on a S-line xpipe and your car will scream all the way from 5k to redline. Also the steering play can be eliminated by pushing the wheel all the way in and tightening a nut on the rack. Theres a howto thread on fchat with photos. Surprised your shop made you replace the entire rack.

The seats are really oddly shaped, what I want to know is who decided they were a good idea. Also, great vid as always!

Interesting about the seats. I had the same problem with Porsche 993 sports seats. If you have broad shoulders or a wide frame your shoulders hit the upper bolsters and you end up hunched over.

1.If you would of opened your engine lid everytime you got home, like everyone else,  there would never of been any heat build up and your carbon firber would of been fine. 2. Fix your steering rack, mine does not have play. 3. There is only one rear speaker the second circle is a passive radiator, keep those earphones handy. 4. Not all scuds had that problem. I have 10K miles on minie with no problem. 5. The seats are perfect for that car.  Its a track car not a GT. It was not produced for long distance driving.
