In Groundhog Day I think Ramis Bill Murray was stuck in the time loop for something like 10 years, as that's how long it takes to get really good at something, like he does at playing piano.
In the recent movie Palm Springs, starring Andy Samberg and Christin Millonti, the plot is similar, only they're stuck together, and she spends multiple years learning about time travel and quantum mechanics etc and devises a way to break the loop. A very good movie I would recoomend.
