How to set Autopilot/FSD speed offset Fixed vs Percentage mph

Fixed vs Percentage

Fixed:
You can set +5 and FSD will do following:
35 goes to 40 mph
65 goes to 70 mph

Percentage:
Mine is set to go maximum 11% above current speed limit that Tesla detects:
35 goes to 39 mph
65 goes to 72 mph
