How to make Power Query refresh on an Excel protected sheet

Power Query does not offer the possibility to refresh queries that load to tables in protected sheets to be refreshed while the sheet is protected. A simple macro will do the trick, but there is a very simple detail that we must not forget, or the macro will not work.

Would this work for restricted excel files.(Files restricted to one or two users, where the person running to PQ file would be one on the users having access to the file)

The query does not refresh properly when the source file is restricted.
