At this point, I am so fed up with all the people who look at someone and think they know everything about them.

I’m 6’1 and full figured. I used to fly a LOT when I was long distance w my fiancée. I dealt with a woman like this. I could always fit just fine in my seat, aside from the leg room issue. I was at the window and a woman walked up (typical blonde-Middle Aged w a Karen haircut) and she stopped cold and said “oh nooo!” Really loud and rudely. She then perched on the corner of her seat like she wanted to be as far from me as possible. Turns out her husband couldn’t come last minute, and I flew standby. She expected to have his seat empty and was pissed the at I was there. Her two teen sons (both tall, late teens) were clearly mortified and one of them switched seats w me. She acted so relieved and kept mumbling about how ridiculous it was. Her son was a sweetheart and we chatted the whole flight. It was horrifying.

Never judge others, you have no idea what they are going through or have been through! Kindness goes a long way and people remember that. We are all hurting in some way, so why make it worse.
