For what it will make of you to achieve it. So absolutely true. I studied engineering at night for almost a decade, as I had a day job. When I graduated, it wasn't like I was anointed. I was valida🎉ted. My whole experience of becoming an engineer was in the day to day learning and going through the process. So when I was called an engineer at graduation, they gave me the title, but I was already mentally there.
