I think self awareness is undervalued a lot of the time. It's the foundation of so much growth, you can't learn to love yourself if you don't know yourself, you can't fix your deepest problems if you don't understand yourself well enough to know why you have those problems. It's the key to a lot of growth.

Really cause here's me thinking how do I start I have swollen eyes and when cost of living is sky high you give up I could show you a picture from last year and this year, I need to put this into my dairy. Nb1 I started from today to meditate I will take one day at a time I'm nearly 40 I hate making my own dinners😢 I need to put things into perspective NOW!!
