Most of what he says is nonsense. It stores a value but never reads it again - so what's the point? The loop goes from i=0 to i < 511. But it should say i <= 511 or i<512 (he corrects that at 4:58). He multiplies that by 8 and says it's 4000 KB or 4 MB. But it's only 4 Kbits (512 x 8 bits). At the end he talks about the written bytes that you can see. But that has nothing to do with the loop in the program. It is the program data written to flash memory.
Why do dudes like this, who have no idea, make videos...?
