Hey Noah, could you check your dropoff rate at 4:35 in the video. This may just be me, but when I hear the "subscribe pitch" my brain automatically says "the video is done close the video" Some other people may think the same, or it may just be me. Either way, if you do notice a large dropoff you may want to change it up or add it to the end. As I said, no idea if it's just me or if this will be useful, just trying to help :)
