Using the Quadratic Formula to Solve Quadratic Equations

Learn how to use the quadratic formula to solve quadratic equations in this video math tutorial by Mario's Math Tutoring. Outstanding. Can I ask for help on a quadratic problem? What if you are only given the vertex that does not intersect the x- axis in any way, how can I give a specific equation with numerical coefficients?

Hi, Mario...its been many years since I studied any math or AMS as an economics major at Stony Brook. I went on to become a lawyer so clearly math hasn't been with me for years. If you want to make it less stressful to understand how to solve a quadratic equation with the quadratic formula, drop the reference to the x-intercepts of a parabola. Just exemplify the solving part.
